Registration for the event will run from the 1st of October till the 10th of October 2022
(UPDATE: from 10.10.2022 till 14.10.2022 or when 50 registrations will be reached)

Active participation includes giving a short contribution (8 min of presentation + 2 minutes for questions) in English. Since participants conduct research in different fields, the presentation should be well-understood by any listener. Therefore, we suggest preparing it in a “popular science” form.

To register as an active participant, one needs to put the title of the presentation into the registration form. Abstracts of the presentation should be sent by the 15th of October (UPDATE: prolonged to the 17th October) via e-mail (sd@pan.pl) and should be prepared using the given template: template-of-abstract . Please, send us the abstract both in .word and .pdf formats.

There is also a possibility to attend all the parts of the conference as a passive participant.

Participation in both cases is FREE OF CHARGE.

Due to the limited number of participants (50), participation is determined by the order of registration. At the same time, we would like to add that active participation applications will be considered first, followed by passive applications.
